The GoGetter Movement Entrepreneurship Workshop is an initiative supported by the Mandela Washington Fellowship's LINC Program, created to equip ambitious women in Zimbabwe with the entrepreneurial, leadership, and innovation skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
We believe the future belongs to women who are able to think critically, communicate effectively, adapt confidently, and lead boldly across industries and communities.
Beyond technical knowledge, the programme focuses on the human skills shaping modern leadership — collaboration, innovation, creativity, resilience, entrepreneurship, and strategic problem solving.
In alignment with the GoGetter Movement's vision of creating spaces where women connect, grow, and thrive, this initiative empowers participants to cultivate economic prosperity, personal growth, and sustainable impact within their communities.
Every workshop is built around four core pillars designed to move women from idea to action, from ambition to enterprise.
Developing the analytical frameworks that allow women to solve complex problems and make high-quality decisions at speed.
Building the self-awareness, communication, and strategic vision that defines influential, impactful leadership.
Equipping women with the tools, frameworks, and entrepreneurial mindset to build and scale original business ideas.
Creating the connections, partnerships, and peer relationships that accelerate growth beyond what any individual can achieve alone.
The GoGetter Start Up Engine exists because the world cannot afford to lose the business ideas, innovations, and visions that live inside African women who never got the right support at the right time.
This programme closes that gap — with structured learning, expert facilitation, and a community of women who are building at the same level.
Participants leave with a clear, actionable business framework they can implement immediately.
Access to the broader GoGetter network — mentors, investors, and peer entrepreneurs.
Confidence to lead, pitch, and execute at a higher level than they arrived at.
Connection to the Mandela Washington Fellowship's global network of leaders and changemakers.
The Start Up Engine is designed for women with a vision and the commitment to pursue it. If that's you — reach out and let's begin.
